The Recruiting specialist will work very closely with other HR teams in order to ensure a smooth end to end hiring process. As the role is in an APJ service centre the candidate must be at ease working across cultures.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Apply Recruiting strategy - Effective use of Recruiting Action Plan - Effective Time:To:Fill - Effective screening and selection - Offer closing skills - Actively contributes in meetings with hiring managers- Proactively communicates with hiring managers - Active issue identification, resolution and problem solving - Responsible for necessary administrative tasks associated with this role in collaboration with other HR teams as necessary - Dealing with enquires (phone, email) related to recruiting process in an efficient and professional manner
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1:3 years experience in the area of recruiting - Previous experience in other HR areas is an advantage - Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Relation and trust building skills - Customer:oriented - Consulting skills - Recruiting process knowledge - Fluent written and spoken English language skills - Bi:lingual : business level Mandarin language skills - Ability to work with confidential information - Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines - Strong organizational skills - Accuracy / attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in virtual team - Good communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external parties - Team:worker - Motivated, works in an independent way - Quality driven - Experienced in customer communication - Conflict management - Ability to manage a number of different systems and databases in parallel - Business writing skills - MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
