JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Education: Graduate of B.S. in COE, B.S. in Computer Science or any IT related courses
B. Experience: At least 1 year experience in providing technical support over the phone, call center, or equivalent consulting experience.
Strong knowledge in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Window Operating System
Strong knowledge in Networking concepts
Strong knowledge in MS Office Application
Strong knowledge in laptop, desktop and printer troubleshooting
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills; ability to isolate and resolve technical issues
