No Night and Weekend Work – Full Time Position
The Outsourced Accountant is an established BPO in the Clark Freeport Zone, specialising in Accounting, Administration and Marketing services to Australian and New Zealand Accounting firms.
To contribute to the profitability and growth of the company by efficiently rendering nursing services to all employees in the company. Ensures coordination with physicians and accredited hospitals for employees’ hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, detailed medical reports and records of all employees.
• Administer first aide medications to employee patient and monitors for reactions or side effects.
• Records and maintain employees’ medical information.
• Serve as the Safety Officer and head of the Safety Committee of the Company.
• Prepare and assist employees during annual medical examination and / or other examinations or treatments.
• Facilitate yearly medical exam of all employees.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition for the pre-employment medical exam results.
• Formulate and provide monthly health education, disease prevention to all employees.
• Develop health improvement.
• May perform other tasks from time to time.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Nursing graduate and must be a registered/licensed nurse.
• With at least 1 to 2 years work experience as company nurse is a plus.
• With an excellent communication skills in English both in writing and verbally.
• Knowledgeable in principles and processes of medical aspect.
• With analytical thinking.
• With good moral character.
