You will help either two of the largest Healthcare providers in the United States. You will definitely have an edge if you took a medical-related course because of your expertise in customer service. But even if they come from different industries, the job generally needs people that have good listening and communication skills. Also, they should genuinely love helping people.
Requirements:
You fit the role if you:
- Candidates should have at least completed 2 years of college.
- High School graduates are welcome to apply provided that you have 6 mos. continuous call center experience handling an international account or 1 year continuous call center experience handling a local account.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
