: Publishing: Performs duties such as analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data.
: Supports team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.
: Quality Control: Responsible for accuracy and completeness of workproduct. All work will be checked until competent process knowledge is developed.
: Individual and Team Skills: Attends and participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work, and participates in the performance management process (e.g. peer reviews, self:evaluation).
: Content acquisition: Dutiesmay include acquisition of manuscripts or core content, analysis of manuscripts and electronic files, coding (mark:up of data) and resolving coding errors, manuscript editing, compiling and editing of content, proofreading and copy reading, quality control and verification.
: Strong English languageskills, including college level vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and grammar and sentence structure.
: Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts.
: Skilled in the use of personal computers and familiarity with multiple software packages, including word processing and file management applications.
: Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments.
: Detail:oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment.
: Ability to successfully work in a team environment
: Candidates must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City and can start as soon as possible.
: Willing to work shifting schedule including night shift.
