ResponsibilitiesDelivery DispatchMonitors deliveries and inform concerned department delaysEncoding Overall incharge in Planning, creating and scheduling of deliveriesPrepares and allocate stocks for dinates with the forwarding dinates with external customers and sales agentregarding the P.O. cancellationand the status of pull outs and returns per dates and processes forwarder truckers billings based on approved standardized freight trucking rates. Records actual delivery cost incurred on daily basis as against sales invoices in the system. Prepares and generates monthly reports on Delivery Lead time Performance, Delivery Cost, Van Load Utilization Daily Weekly monthly. Truckers Performance and other related reports. Responsible for checking drivers in and out of terminals and keeping track of trucking trip records as well as filing and other s with the drivers throughout their shifts, also with work work a variety of shifts as the trucking business.
