Inside Sales is a high powered Team at SAP that is growing at an annual rate of about 30, and is fast becoming a significant Route:to:Market for SAP grow its Cloud and SME business. In order to help to continue and accelerate that pace of growth, SEA Marketing and Inside Sales need an Sr. Marketing Manager plan, run and report end to end ISE marketing programs in support of Inside Sales demand generation and sales acceleration across SEA. This individual will ensuring maximum pipeline and Lead to Revenue Conversion from Marketing. The employee who fills this role will be a Senior Leader who has experience in both Inside Sales and Marketing, and will be able to communicate on a peer to peerlevel with the Regional Marketing and Inside Sales Leaders, in order to develop a coordinated Quarterly Demand Management plan that can be tracked and optimized on a continuous basis. In addition, the employee will work with SEA and APJ Marketing colleagues to build and deliver Sales Enablement Tools (profiling, contact discovery, campaigns:in:a:box, Go Guides, Shark Tool, Customer Intelligence, Blitz support, etc.) that are customized for Inside Sales, so the ISEs can efficiently generate their own demand, as well. This role will integrate with SEA Marketing, Business operations, Inside Sales, APJ GPO Marketing and ISE Marketing to ensure a streamlined delivery from Marketing to Inside Sales. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the Inside Sales Marketing and DG plans are developed and executed according to Best Practices, in collaboration with his/her Inside Sales andMarketing Peers across South East Asia to meet pipeline and sales objectives.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Main Responsibilities include the following:
: Coordinating with Marketing (WW, Region, Local) to build a Quarterly Demand Management Plan for Inside Sales, with Pipeline Volume and Value Commitments, and with closed loop reporting.
: Coordinating continuous Inside Sales Executive (ISE) and IS Management feedback to ensure best:fit campaigns are in market, and meeting the IS Pipeline Gaps.
: Working with the WW/APJ Inside Sales Marketing Team to Integrate the SEA Demand Management plans,ensuring there is a unified Demand Management plan, with closed loop reporting.
: Enabling the ISEs with Demand Generation Assets, so the ISEs can also effectively perform their own Demand Generation. Examples include: Campaigns in a Box, Virtual Sales Call, coordinating Offers, Demos, Blitz Campaign and List Support.
: Continuously working with the ISEs to build new and innovative assets.
: Integrating with the WW and regional Programs Team to ensure that all appropriate WW assets are leveraged.
: Coordinating Profiling and Contact Discovery work with SAP Vendor Managers, in order to supply Inside Sales with profiles of accounts and net new names to call.
: Orchestrate associated resources (budget, agencies, tele vendors, internal shared services) to drive integrated inside sales marketing programs supporting data integrity, demand generation and sales acceleration objectives.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years volume marketing/demand generation experience - 8+ years of working with sales teams and sales leaders - Experience with building and managing the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns - Demonstrated success in implementing volume demand generation strategies by leveraging innovative marketing tactics and tools such as
