Senior Customer Development Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Customer Development Manager is tasked to handle account management of the following: Rustan's Group (Rustan's, Shopwise, Welcome, Royal Duty Free), Sial and Familymart. He/she will be responsible in delivering the KRAs (sales volume and key projects) of the said accounts. He/she will be overseeing account operations and strengthening engagement/partnership with these accounts.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree; 3:5 years experience in Sales specifically Modern Trade; 2 years experience on account negotiations; Should be proficient in computer applications; Good driving skills and has a valid driver's license.
Flexible and independent : willing to be developed and open to new processes; Passionate and driven to achieve, does not take "no" for an answer. Challenges the status quo when necessary; Historical work experience should show consistent achievement of sales metrics and project KRAs; Has good attention to details and is comfortable with numbers and ambiguity; Has good people andcommunication skills : can relate with different types of people; Has leadership potential : can influence other people to achieve an objective with him/her; Has a strategic and commercial mindset.
