Sales Trainer in Manila, National Capital Region
Requirements
•28 years of age or older
•Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Education/Teaching/Training, Mass Communication or relevant course
•Previous experience in automotive sales training/management environment
•Ability to conceptualize training modules, prepare training materials and documentations
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with public speaking proficiency
•Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, leading by example
•Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the sales process
•Excellent rapport building skills
•A confident, strong and friendly personality
