Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for thiBS/BA or equivalent work experience in the design of training and learning coursewareMasters degree advantageousLearning or Training:related professional certifications are a plus.
