Candidates must have the following skills: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.A minimum of 5 years working experience in sales, technical or marketing environment. Exposure to the FMCG industry is an advantage.TECHNICALAbove par negotiation skills.Medium IT literacy - competent in using Microsoft Office softwares, JDE.Financial skills - medium level of understanding required to analyze commercial data, budget planning and ensuring optional activity are within defined cost boundaries.Sales and Marketing - Customer Complaints Management, conceptual selling skills. COREPossesses good planning, coordination and implementation towards achieving objective sets.Ability to understand internal and external customer needs.Problem solving - able to identify risks / pitfalls and take appropriate actions; able to develop and employ a variety of approaches to resolvewide-ranging problems.Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical, logical and coherent in approach.Ability to work independently.Team work - Supportive of team members; demonstrates positive approach to building team spirit; adaptable and flexible in approach.Leadership skills: ability to motivate and train the team for a collective winning performance.
