Quality Management Representative (Management), Manila in Manila, National Capital Region

The candidate will be highly responsible to the Quality Management System of the organization, its effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement as established in the Quality Manual. HeShe shall ensure that the whole organization is Quality compliant and is aligned with its Vision, Mission, and Values through various QMS program in accordance to ISO 90012008 such as Facilitate Awareness Trainings of QMS to employees and contractors both new and old ISO Orientations and ReOrientations Good Warehousing Practices Environment Management System Safety and Emergency Procedures Facilitate Awareness of Customer Requirements throughout the organization. Review of corrective and preventive actions and close outrecurrence of occurrenceincident reports Review results of root cause analysis and risk assessment session. Regular implementing conducting Internal Audit QMS InitiateFacilitate regular Management Review Session Recommend training needs and systems improvement Upgrading and revision on existing procedurepolicy Recommend SafetyQuality Food Safety Programs Maintain and update of QualityFood safety records Coordinates with external parties on matters relating to the QMS. Reports to the President on the overall performance of the company. Job Profile The Candidate must possess at least a BachelorsCollege Degree of any course preferably any Engineering and Business Management course or its equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years working in the same role in an ISO Certified logistics or manufacturing industry.
