The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient property operations in accordance with Management'sdirectives and income expectations.The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the property bycreating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment.He/ She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas inconformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in supportto the objectives of maximizing shareholders’ return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.This position shall cover the following areas:- Building Administration and Property Management- Landscape Management- Tenant Relations- Administrative Management- Human Resource Management 
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, BusinessManagement or any other related course.A Professional License is not a requirement but is an advantage ExperienceHas at least 5 years experience in the fields of Facilities Management, Property Development, Building Administrationand/or Business Operations in a managerial capacity
