Project Manager You will be a client facing project manager communicating and tracking a high volume of projects from the initial brief to completion, often against very tight deadline. There will also be a lot of coordinating between the Manila Office with colleagues and clients in Hong Kong, China, Japan, UK and Australia. Qualifications Requirements Project Management experience for a packaging graphics industry a must. A high degree of fluency in English and Chinese both spoken and written a must, Japanese language an advantage. 2 years experience in retail packaging design artworkmanagement Print production and packaging knowledge Understand corporate guidelines and be able to brief a job clearly to an artwork team Skills Must be a team player with great problem solving skills, positive, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced environment. Needs a high level of self motivation as will be working onsite with the customer Able to work independently with little supervision Internet and email skills are essential Adobe Acrobat for PDF annotating, comment and review Process driven individual Very organized Problem solving Excellent reporting Polite and effective communicator Ability to deliver to deadlines Strong and professional under pressure Lateral or Outside the Box thinking is essential. Creativity and Project Management that involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way Additional Training will be given Internetbased project management tools Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills or knowledge would be an advantage, but not required Travel to Manila will be required for training regular team meetings Considerations Due to the nature of our global communications, late hours or shift work may be required during peak periods. Willing to be relocated work overseas.
