This position is responsible for managing overall construction project pertaining toplanning and scheduling, resource allocation, budget forecast, quality control,standards, and administration.· Direct and execute over-all project in house construction activities of stores to build and renovationsaccording to company strategy and objectives.· Plan out and manage project scope, schedule, and goals using applicable project management tool.· Determine labor requirements, job specifications, and standard performance required to meet the projectdeadlines.· Oversee day to day project construction activities to ensure compliance to timeline and quality controlprogram.· Conduct site visit to check and inspect construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.· Identify and request resources, supplies, materials and services needed for the construction projects.· Ensure compliance with mall requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations. 
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), EngineeringRequired skill(s): construction, Building And Facilities Management. Preferably with licensed in engineering; PRC board passer· With more than 5 years experience in project management in construction- interior structure/fit out andfinishing· With knowledge in theoretical, techniques and tools of project management· Required skills: strategic planning, risk management, critical thinking and problem solving skills· Can plan and organize construction projects
