Male Civil Engineering graduate Licensed is an advantage Preferably with experience in real estate and construction Willing to be assigned from one site to another. Responsible for the actual implementation of construction projects to ensure successful project implementation. Responsibilities include but not limited to project engineering schedules and forecasts, coordination and checking of engineering deliverables, materials budget monitoring, and preparation of monthly project status reports. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
