At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact.•Directly interact with customers, prospects and partners and lead and drive the Services team to achieve revenue, margin and delivery targets. • Work closely with the SAP PHP license sales team to drive incremental license sales and support the team in the positioning of Services and services related product offering either directly with customers or in conjunctions with partners in the SAP services partner ecosystem. • Position services and related products is to be consistent with the global Services mid-term services strategy and he/she will be required to liaise with internal SAP stakeholders and/or external SAP stakeholders so as to ensure that the value propositions of Services are consistently positioned for customers. • Be the institutional representatives of major Services sales engagements across Indonesia. • Create, nurture and maintain a stable customer portfolio (SAP customer or new references) across industries that let a healthy pipeline revenue; setting up and maintenance of relationships with customer's management as SAP Services trusted advisor • Ensure that the proposals and offers sent to customers comply with the legal and policy requirements and internal Delegation of Authority matrix. • Accurate analysis of the level of risk, profit of a proposal/project, working in project models and contractual conditions to mitigate the potential risks. • Provide leadership to the SAP Services team

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Experience in SAP/ other ERP pre-sales initiatives including proposal preparation and solution design and an in depth understanding of the mySAP product set, market conditions, competitors and general system design and implementation issues - Business and industry knowledge preferably for that sector or across multiple industries and an understanding of key business principles and processes - Experience on information systems and an overall understanding of SAP products, how they integrate as well as their levels of functionality. - Ability to consult on a Senior Management level, regarding various Strategic as well as - Operational Issues (both business and system) - In depth understanding of project management processes including scope management, risk management, project estimating and budgeting, resource management and change management. - Strong problem resolution with good leadership, decision making and analytical skillssucce468f5
