1. Leads the After Sales Department 2. Responsible in the development and effective implementation of marketing programs, promotions and sales strategies for parts and service 3. Monitors the productivity of all Parts Custodian and Service Mechanics 4. Responsible in ensuring complete line up of parts inventory and minimize back orders 5. Ensures competitiveness of prices of parts and services and create awareness in the area 6. Ensures that Parts Custodians are properly oriented and trained to handle not only parts sales but quality customer service 7. Ensures proper and speedy resolution ofcustomers problems relative to parts and service 8. Handles insurance matters a. Enrollment for CTPL insurance of new motorcycles sales b. Enrollment of insurance for installment sales c. Renewal of insurance d. Own Damage Claims e. Carnap claims 9. Coordinates with parts custodians andor receptionists with respect to customers requirementsdocuments for insurance claims 10. Coordinates with the Insurance Broker andor Insurance provider with respect to customers insurance claims 11. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time, by the immediate superiordepartment andor the management.
