Operations Manager, Manila in Manila, National Capital Region
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
• Manages Operations in an effort to increase the operational effectiveness of thecampaign and to meet the client's needs including: planning, assigning, and directingwork.
• Recommend and implement specific procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of service.
• Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
• Provide leadership and management to the campaign
• Provide training and development of supervisory team; Coach and mentor team supervisors.
• Manage first line supervisors that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
• Carries out management responsibilities which include, but not limited to, interpreting and enforcing companypolicies and safety regulations with Supervisors and Representatives.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employee Workswith Site Director in the preparation of short and long range plans and budgets based on the corporate goals andgrowth objectives.
• Establishes operating procedures consistent with the company policies& objectives and ensures their execution.
• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with the client while evaluating and suggesting opportunities forgrowth of the business.
• Evaluates the results of the operation regularly and systematically by analyzing reports, listening to calls taken, andworking with other team members.
• Ensure established departmental goals are met thru on site management as well as reporting, trending andtracking.
Candidates must have the following skills:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience with 1 to 2 years in management capacity is required for this position
• Must have experience handling client management
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Healthcare accounts or equivalent.
