Job Responsibility Overall responsible for management of production unit and drive best practices in the Industry Responsible for ensuring and monitoring improvements and maintaining quality management systems Responsible for ensuring and monitoring all plant related statutory, safety and upkeep of plant machinery requirements Responsible for laying down systems and ensuring all related MIS and manufacturing performance indicators Factory expansion, manufacturing for global market, labour relations are additional responsibilities. Maintain close cooperation and coordination with Ventomatic production units Anchoring indigenization of global parts products Job work contract manufacturing supervision and control Required Skill set Strong experience in Manufacturing of Heavy Engineering Fabrication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluently speaks English Knowledge of best practices in Manufacturing 15 20 years of Experience in Manufacturing
