The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Delivery-Offshore process.His/her team will provide Human Resources consultative services to assigned business units and employeesacross the globe.He/she will Manage the process of receiving Human Resources (HR) related inquiries and issues followingprescribed HR, Company and business unit policies, practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.He/she must apply expert knowledge of Human Resources functions to develop, provide consults, receiveescalations, and provide business strategy to their teams. Also he/she will provide assistance and projectsupport to Business Partners, HR, Management and other HR staff.He/she will also ensure that his/her HR function and its procedures are adhered to and that team metrics areconsistently improving for their function. 
Candidates must have the following skills:Comprehensive knowledge in major HR processes and sub-processes.Preferably with minimum of five years proven human resources generalist/consultant experience, or equivalent.Preferably with Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent work experience.Experience in a fast-paced environment where sudden developments and changing priorities frequently requirequick responses and decisions based on limited information and facts.Demonstrated ability to resolve general issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices,policies, procedures, regulations or government laws.Ability to analyze and interpret basic data from various sources and make sound recommendations.Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development ofindividuals with strong organisation and planning skills along with the ability to handle Capacities and MIreporting.Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving,presentation, oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationshipsAbility to work independently and/or remotely and collaborate with others.Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages. Goodunderstanding of current HR system and demonstrated ability to collect, evaluate, analyze, and organize datarelating to HR functions into logical, useful format.Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes) and other softwareapplicationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing peopleWith excellent communication and presentation skillsResourceful, analytical and a strategic thinker
