Clerical and mathematical experience.  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 1. Excellent facilitation and communication skills 2. Ability to present complex information and theories to various levels of the organization. 3. Excellent classroom management, and knowledge of adult learning theories 4. Working knowledge of the track training process and training and development.5. Experience with Microsoft Excel, and all Microsoft Office
