Description
- Management of day-to-day operations of the team to ensure requests are being acted upon and client expectations are being met.
- Ensuring KPI's are met and reported in the most effective way.
- Driving a cultural shift to performance-based metrics, including managing poor performers' improvement in output and quality.
- Translating and implementing Business Unit’s and broader business initiatives into day-to-day operations in the most optimal manner.
- Planning for the team to ensure business goals are being met, and continuous improvement is achieved.
- Support and development of staff members.
- Ensuring the communications link between the team and other areas of CAVS-Events and the business are maintained and ifications:
- College degree
- Training experience preferred but not essential
- Understanding of staffing issues and concepts of human resources, finance policies and processes
- Working knowledge of business structures and processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Ability to implement a metrics-based workteam with demonstrated improvements in those metrics
- Ability to influence and manage other stakeholders to prioritize the completion of the team's work in the most effective and efficient manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience with conflict resolution and disciplinary methods
- Strong attention to detail
