Responsibilities:
To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth in the Philippines while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands by increasing control of WHS distribution channels
•To establish professional and personal relations to main decision takers of key customers as prerequisite for making adidas ‘preferered supplier’
•To contribute to development of the market strategy within the country management team and represent the interests of the Sales function
•To translate Market and Global strategies into functional strategies for the sales department jointly with the Key Account Manager and Field Account Manager
•To ensure sales team are following and applying sales strategies, policies and best practices as available in daily work
