Information Systems Manager (Management), Manila in Manila, National Capital Region

Job Purpose Responsible for the computer systems within Mida Group of Companies MGC, overseeing installation, ensuring back up systems operate effectively, purchasing hardware and software, providing the ICT Information Communications Technology technology infrastructures for MGC and contributing to MGCs policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning. Duties Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems Researching, programming and installing new systems Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including ERP, antivirus software, servers, print services and email provision Ensuring uninterrupted ICT service to allow smooth daily operations. Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to Providing secure access to the network for remote users Ensuring the security integrity of data from internal and external attack Providing users with appropriate support and advice Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems Mentoring and training new ICT support staff nonITC staff Keeping up to date with the latest technologies. SkillsQualifications People Management, Planning, Foster Teamwork, Giving Feedback, Customer Service, Developing Budgets, SelfMotivated, Energy Level, Multitasking, Resolving Conflict, Verbal Communication At least 5 years experience in an IT supervisory level and posses advanced knowledge of SAP B1, Crystal Reports, Visualfox Pro, SQL, Windows Server.
