Candidates must have the following skills:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any business related course; equivalent. • At least 5+ years of work experience gained form similar industry in the same capacity as HR Manager.• Has strong Leadership Skills and can communicate to all levels in the Organization. • Must be Detailed Oriented, Analytical, and can implement Policies and Procedures. • Has a good understanding of Philippine Labor Laws. • Experience in attending labor hearing and conferences with DOLE, NLRC.• Must be willing to work on Saturdays and can do out of town work when necessary. • Required Languages: English, Filipino. • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager/Specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
