Our client, one of the fastest growing Pawnshops in the country industry is in need of a General Manager. The position holder shall manage all facets of the organization, develop and implement strategic and business plans to obtain business objectives and profit targets of the company.
Specificresponsibilities include
Establish the right organization structure, define roles and manning requirements
Hire suitable people to assume the critical positions in the organization
Develop and implement strategic and business plans through the analysis of market, technological and financial opportunities to capture the right customer base and increase market share
Review and establish sales, marketing, support services policies and procedures
Establish the financial budget, allocate resources and monitor these
Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of the organization
Establish systems and processes to ensure organization efficiency and productivity
Establish the Sales force and support functions in the organization to ensure delivery of products and services
Manage daily operations, plan the use of materials and human resources
Build company image through delivering excellent customer service and enforcing ethical business practices
Requirements
Not More than 45 yo
At least 3 years experience as a General Manager or at least 5 years experience as a Business Development Manager
Proven capability to lead an organization or department to achieve targets
Proven ability to identify A players and redeploy B and C player
Proven ability to deliver quality results
Very good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong sales marketing skills
Strong operating and organizational skills
Proven ability to deliver what heshe has committed
