Successful candidates should be able to do some or all of the following Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computergenerated reports. Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Has an experience in handling people as a LEAD ENGINEER, SUPERVISOR OR ENGINEERING MANAGER Trains, coach and mentors subordinates Practices good management and leadership skills Spearheads projects Engineers with the following specialization andor experiences can submit credentials Marine Mechanical Engineer Automotive Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Power Generation Engineer Nuclear Design Engineer Automotive Engineer Chief Mechanical Engineer Building Systems Engineer Refrigeration Engineer Mechanical Design Engineer ALL ENGINEERING MANAGERS any field Requirements Candidate must possess at least a BachelorsCollege Degree , Engineering any field At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 14 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in any Engineering field This is for manpower pooling. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for further assessment and briefing session.
