CSR Operation Manager For Immediate Vacancy, Manila in Manila, National Capital Region

5 years work experience in all customer service support focused around advertising, online marketing and branding, SEO, etc would be preferred but not required.
Experience managing a BPO Customer Service Department
Experience in leading and managing a customer support team consisting of direct employees.
Experience with online Customer Service tools is preferred
Strong cross functional collaboration skills
Experience and proficiency in management and development of staff in a Customer Service environment, including knowledge of best practices.
Exceptional customer relationship skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven skills in problem analysis and problem solving.
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Experienced in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint,, Contact Management Applications, and Trouble TicketService Automation Applications. Knowledge CRM a plus.
