Job Description
Delivering Business Transformation Projects
1. Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Gathering and documenting client's current business processes, people and technology capabilities and requirements.
3. Performingfinancial assessments to support the development of new business processes and architecture.
4. Designing, developing and delivering new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies.
5. Developing communications, training and job aids to support change management activities.
6. Executing the testing and implementation of new business processes. Leading a small team to execute project components to scope, schedule and budget.
Client Relationship Development and Management
1. Delivering client presentations and facilitating meetings and workshops.
2. Develop client stakeholder relationships and communications at a working level at all stages of the project.
Practice Building
1. Supporting the growth of the practice through assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruitment activities, coaching and mentoring to analysts.
2. Support practice building activities e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting.
Qualification
Managers and Senior Managers
1. Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in at least two of the following areas Organization Management, Change Management, HR Transformation, Organization Effectiveness, HR and Talent Management, Learning and Collaboration from any industry
2. Minimum of 3 years project and team management experience
3. Must be a degree holder
Professional Skill Requirements
Capable of building strong relationships with clients and working as part of a team
-Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including engagement at the senior level
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid financial acumen, analytical, diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
-Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
-Effective leadership and management skills
