Responsibilities Receives and records all change requests. Analyzes and processes all change requests Communicates all changes submitted through the change request system in a timely and comprehensive manner to minimize customer impact. Provides change request trend analysis reports as requested by leadership. Understands and follows procedures to facilitate the change process for application and infrastructure changes. Participates in continuous process improvements to Change Management policies, processes, and procedures. Assists management with communications related to Change Management. Tracks and assigns change requests and incident tickets. Guides change requests through the Change Management Process. Assesses the priority and impact of all changes for accuracy. Coordinates change approvals liaising between approvers and initiators. Creates and distributes Change Management status reports and analysis. Files all change request forms, analyses, and associated documents submitted into the document repository. Requirements Graduate of any IT related course Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 1 year experience in related fieldposition is required Experience n Service desk is advantage Experience in Helpdesk ticketing system Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City Interested Applicants may send resume at bpometadev.com
