CATERING MANAGER, Manila in Manila, National Capital Region

The successful candidate will be responsible to: Heads the Catering Department in developing strategic sales and product marketing management for the overall operation of catering services and facility specifically in planning, organizing and developing the food and beverage services of organization and businesses, while meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards in the assigned market.Leads the management of the catering business units to achieve revenue, volume and profit goals.Directs and provides leadership to a team towards the achievement of sales target, maximum profitability and growth in line with the department's goals.Oversees the handling and transportation of the products and other equipment at site as required.
Candidates must have the following skills:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Event Management or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledgeable on Health Code StandardsSkilled in Marketing and Merchandising proceduresStrong Organizational SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )Knows how to drive
