Assist in the planning, development, implementation, analysis, reporting, documentation and overall management of Business Continuity Plan, CrisisDisaster Recovery Plan, their exercisestests, and awareness and training thereof RESPONSIBILITIES Assistcoordinate with business units in the implementation, and maintenance of business continuity, crisisdisaster recoveryincident management program including planning, strategies formulation, analysis and documentation Assist in ensuring that these are up to date and acknowledged by relevant stakeholders. Coordinate BCPcrisisDRP testsexercises and ensure that Business Impact Analysis documents are in place and maintained. Assist in monitoring and reporting of progress and status Assist in ensuring that Call Tree lists are well definedmaintained in each unit and executed regularly and analyze results Assist in developing training and awareness activities REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years practical, hands on experience in BCMP, Crisis Management or IT Disaster Recovery or related role, preferably in a financial institution Independent, quick learner with ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills Good communicator and networking skills Good stakeholder management skills Good presentation skills Good understanding of BCM standards and relevant regulatory requirements Business and systems analysis skills to understand and manage expectations Project management skills and experience an advantage
