We are renting our cold storage as a whole facility and no partial. Minimum of 3 years.
Located very near the extension road in Mindanao Ave. and NLEX. It is situated in a private compound with ample parking space for containers loading and unloading.
The cold storage has two section:
Freezer - area 6.87mx11.75m and height 3.4m temp of -25 degree celsius
Chiller - area 6.87mx20m and height 3.4m and temp of -5 degree celsius
A emergency generator is provided for temporary supply when there is power outage.
Meralco supply - you have to apply for electricity 3phase.
